Terms of Service

1. The service

FounderGrowth is an AI-assisted content generation and publishing tool aimed at founders and marketing professionals. It is offered as SaaS, on a monthly or yearly subscription as chosen on the Billing page.

2. Account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide truthful information when creating the account. You are responsible for your credentials and any activity carried out through your account. Credential sharing is forbidden.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• —Publish illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit content or content that infringes copyright.
• —Reverse engineer, scrape data in bulk or try to bypass usage limits.
• —Spam, malicious automation or any activity that violates the terms of the platforms you publish to (LinkedIn, X, Instagram).
• —Process third-party personal data without a lawful basis.

4. User content

You retain all rights over the content you import, write or approve. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to process that content only to deliver the service (generate drafts, publish to your approved connections, display analytics). Deleted your account? The license terminates automatically.

5. Billing and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in the billing portal. No refund is given for the already-charged cycle, except where local law requires. You can cancel at any time — service continues until the end of the paid cycle.

6. SLA and availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee zero downtime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated 24h in advance whenever possible.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FounderGrowth is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

8. AI-generated content

Suggested texts are generated by language models and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving before publishing. Nothing the AI produces constitutes professional advice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with prior notice when possible. You may terminate yours at any time at Settings → Delete my account.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. EU users are additionally protected by GDPR and national consumer laws.
